The tea leaves are picked by our farmers in the northern Shan State, Myanmar, home to Burma’s best tea plantations. Here, tea leaf traditions have a history stretching back thousands of years.

Gin-Mwe ginger fermented tea leaves contain multiple ingredients with health benefits. Ginger is a natural remedy for nausea, and is believed to relieve menstruation pains. Starfruit, tamarind and garlic are believed to support heart health, the digestive system, immunity, blood pressure, bone strength and respiratory health. They are also believed to help with inflammation, cancer, metabolism and to support breastfeeding mothers.

Green peppers are rich in vitamin C and are believed to help burn fat, improve heart health and circulation, relieve inflammation and improve digestion.
