Ingredients
- 2 packs of Shan Shwe Taung Zayan fermented tea leaves
- 6 large golden dried prawns
- 2 tablespoons of fried garlic
- 1 sliced tomato
- 2 tablespoons of fried beans
- A few green chillies
- A few thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- A few lettuce leaves
Method
To serve, prepare the salad as individual portions with a few tea leaves, a few sesame seeds and the fried beans. Add the finely chopped prawns to finish.
