  • 2 packs of Shan Shwe Taung Zayan fermented tea leaves
  • 6 large golden dried prawns
  • 2 tablespoons of fried garlic
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of fried beans
  • A few green chillies
  • A few thinly sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • A few lettuce leaves


To serve, prepare the salad as individual portions with a few tea leaves, a few sesame seeds and the fried beans. Add the finely chopped prawns to finish.
