Ingredients
- 1 pack of Shu-Shae tea leaves
- 3 tablespoons of Shan Shwe Taung assorted fried beans
- Thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
Optional additional ingredients:
- 5 thinly sliced green chillies
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of bean oil
- A little flavour/seasoning powder
Method
The Shan Shwe Taung Shu-Shae fermented tea leaves and assorted fried beans are ready to eat, so simply combine with the cabbage and tomatoes to serve. To enhance the flavours, add garlic and fresh chillies.
