Ingredients
- 2 packs of Shan Shwe Taung ginger tea leaves
- 2 tablespoons of assorted fried beans
- 2 green tomatoes, grated or sliced
- 2 red tomatoes, grated or sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of dried shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of fried green beans
- 10 red and green chillies
Method
To serve, prepare the salad as individual portions with a few tea leaves, a few tomatoes sesame seeds and the fried beans.
