Shan Shwe Taung ginger tea leaf salad


  • 2 packs of Shan Shwe Taung ginger tea leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of assorted fried beans
  • 2 green tomatoes, grated or sliced
  • 2 red tomatoes, grated or sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of dried shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of fried green beans
  • 10 red and green chillies


To serve, prepare the salad as individual portions with a few tea leaves, a few tomatoes sesame seeds and the fried beans.
