Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of assorted fried beans
- 2 thinly sliced onions
- 1 red tomato, grated or sliced
- 1 green or red chilli
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of peanut/sunflower oil
- A little spice powder
Method
To serve, simply mix the ingredients together well. Best enjoyed with hot green tea and a portion of plain rice.
