Shan Shwe Taung assorted fried bean salad


  • 5 tablespoons of assorted fried beans
  • 2 thinly sliced onions
  • 1 red tomato, grated or sliced
  • 1 green or red chilli
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut/sunflower oil
  • A little spice powder


To serve, simply mix the ingredients together well. Best enjoyed with hot green tea and a portion of plain rice.
