Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Paline organic sesame fermented tea leaves
- 160g fish paste
- 1 tablespoon of garlic juice
- 1 teaspoon of ginger juice
- A little white pepper powder
- A little salt
- A little soy sauce
(Mix all ingredients together)
- 10 dumpling/gyoza wrappers
- 500ml chicken/pork broth
- Roughly chopped carrots
- Thinly sliced spring onion
- A little flavor powder
- A little sesame oil
- A little white pepper powder
Method
Step 1
Carefully wrap the minced fish fillets in the dumpling wrappers. Boil in a saucepan for four minutes, then leave to cool.
Step 2
Bring the chicken/pork broth to the boil and add seasoning powder, carrots, sesame oil and white pepper powder.
Step 3
To serve, place the dumplings in a bowl and pour over the broth. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion to finish.
