Ingredients
For the cheese dip:
- 2 tablespoons of sesame fermented tea paste
- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
- A little salt
- Roasted and ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients well.
For the French fries:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- A little salt
- Roasted and ground black pepper powder
- A little butter
Method
Step 1
Bring water to the boil with a pinch of salt, add the sliced potatoes and cook for two minutes.
Step 2
Remove sliced potatoes, drain and rinse.
Step 3
Heat oil to 180 degrees and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Next, add to a sieve and mix with butter and salt. Leave to cool slightly, then serve with the cheese dip.
