- 2 tablespoons of Paline organic sesame fermented tea paste
- 3 slices of salmon fillet
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- A handful of watercress
Marinate the salmon fillets with soy sauce, Paline organic fermented tea paste and tea leaves for five minutes.
Heat olive oil to a medium heat in a frying pan and fry the fish fillets for 3 minutes on each side.
To serve, remove the marinated tea, add extra tea paste and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with the watercress.
