Grilled salmon and Paline organic fermented tea paste

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Paline organic sesame fermented tea paste
  • 3 slices of salmon fillet
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • A handful of watercress

Method

Step 1
Marinate the salmon fillets with soy sauce, Paline organic fermented tea paste and tea leaves for five minutes.

Step 2
Heat olive oil to a medium heat in a frying pan and fry the fish fillets for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 3
To serve, remove the marinated tea, add extra tea paste and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with the watercress.
