- 2 tablespoons of Paline organic fermented tea paste
- 3 large king prawns
- A little soy sauce
- Juice of half a lemon
- A little olive oil
- One lemon slice
- A few Paline assorted beans, nuts and seeds
Marinate the king prawns with Paline organic fermented tea paste, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Grease the frying pan and fry the prawns for two minutes each side until tender. Add the lemon slices and fry lightly.
To serve, place the prawns and lemon on a plate with an extra 3 tablespoons of tea leaf paste and a handful of assorted beans, nuts and seeds.
