Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Paline sesame fermented tea
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Half a dragon fruit, cut into cubes
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 kiwi, thinly sliced
- 3 strawberries
- Half an apple, sliced
- A little pomegranate seeds
- A squeeze of tangerine juice
- A little sea salt
Method
Arrange the sliced fruit in a bowl, stir in the fermented tea leaves and olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt. Add a squeeze of tangerine juice and serve.
